New Volunteer Information and Application

The Capital City Condors are always happy to welcome new volunteers. Volunteers must be 16 or older, with experience in working with kids and adults with special needs. Volunteers over the age of 18 will need to provide proof of a Vulnerable Sector police record check (which will be coordinated through the organization).

Volunteers will:

• work closely with individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities;
• be on the ice with the individuals to help coach hockey including: teaching how to skate and general hockey skills; and encouraging the Condors player to participate in the overall sport of hockey (matches, practices, special events).
•  during the summer months (if available), be helping with these same activities for ball hockey.
