2015-2016 Player Registration Form now available online!

The online form for registering your players for the 2015-2016 Capital City Condors (both East and West teams) is now available!

The form is the same for both returning and new players as it is important for us to update our records with their background information, even for returning players. This also helps us maintain an accurate email mailing list for the Condors families.

Please note that there are no printable forms this year (only the online form at this website) and every player needs to be registered separately (i.e. for multiple-Condors families, please fill out the form once for each player).

Also note that acceptance into the program is dependent on your athlete’s needs, the number of volunteer coaches, and space on the roster. Submitting a registration package does not guarantee acceptance into the Condors program.
